Without a T-Mobile SIM with data plan you are dead in the water. Since I live overseas, I am now stuck with a $150 brick. Bottom line, if you are not on the T-Mobile network choose another phone. Yes I can root the phone etc. but why should I have to do this on a phone that is advertised as "unlocked" Lastly, if your preferred language is other than English and Spanish then pass.
